Role & Responsibilities

• Lead concept design development for luxury hospitality and branded residential projects across international locations
• Produce hand-drawn sketches to communicate design intent clearly during presentations and internal design reviews
• Act as a senior point of contact within the team, supporting leadership and contributing to studio growth
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design development, drawing standards, and project coordination
• Prepare and review detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD to ensure technical accuracy and design consistency
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining design quality while meeting deadlines and client expectations
• Participate in client presentations, demonstrating confidence in articulating design concepts and project strategies

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 12 years experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of luxury hospitality or branded residential projects
• Highly skilled in producing hand sketches to support concept design and enhance client presentation quality
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite for design development, documentation, and visual communication
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from concept design through to technical delivery and completion
• Experience mentoring junior team members within a collaborative and fast-paced studio environment
• Ability to work effectively within a non-hierarchical structure, showing initiative and adaptability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing situations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outcomes across all project stages

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and suitability for the role
