Referral Scheme – Terms & Eligibility

Reward Amount

• $1,000 for successful referrals placed in permanent roles only
• No reward is offered for contract placements

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the $1,000 referral reward:

• The referral must be submitted before we are in contact with the candidate
• The referred individual must not already be on our system or previously known to Hunter Dunning
• The referred individual must not have applied:

1. Directly to the employer
2. Through a job board
3. Via another recruitment agency

• The candidate must be placed in a permanent role through Hunter Dunning
• The candidate must complete the probationary period set by their employer
• You must have the candidate’s consent before submitting their details
• You must not be employed by Hunter Dunning

Exclusions – When the Reward Will Not Be Paid

• If the referred candidate is already known to Hunter Dunning
• If we receive the candidate’s details from any other source before your referral
• If the candidate applies through another channel (e.g. job board, agency, or direct)
• If the candidate is placed in a contract or temporary position
• If the candidate does not complete their probationary period

Reward Process

• Submit the Referral using the following email: Consult@hunterdunning.co.uk
• Include the candidate’s full name, contact details, and CV (if possible)
• Confirm that you have obtained their permission

Eligibility Check

• We will verify if the referral is valid and not already on our system

Placement & Probation

• The candidate must be placed in a permanent role and complete the employer’s probation period

Payment

• Once confirmed, the $1,000 reward will be paid via BACS

Additional Notes

• Only the first referrer is eligible if the same candidate is submitted by multiple people
• Hunter Dunning reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time.
