Joe founded the business with Roger and Jonny in 2004, having previously worked with Jonny in recruitment advertising sales. Joe has been in recruitment and sales for over 20 years, specialising in property recruitment for 19 years.
Joe is responsible for managing the direction and strategy of the business. He is based in our Chichester head office and enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy recruitment office.
Dad to Molly the office dog, Joe is a regular cold-water swimmer (usually at 5 am to be exact) and paddle boarder. He enjoys cycling to work most days and going to the gym at lunch. Entertaining at home with a fully stocked bar is his favourite way to spend time with family and friends. Any small peep of sunshine and Joe has the BBQ fired up and his shorts and shades on.

Joe wears shorts 364 days a year…… even when it snows.
